A beautiful dish by Head Chef Gary Foulkes of London’s two Michelin Star restaurant The Square is the cover shot for a new book of gourmet Thermomix recipes compiled by Australian food writer Dani Valent.

In the Mix 2: More Great Thermomix Recipes is packed with exquisitely photographed Thermomix creations developed by top chefs around the world, including Gary’s cauliflower and blue cheese bavarois with pickled radish jelly.  A big fan of the Thermomix, Gary says, “Great cooking is all about consistency and the Thermomix offers precision and consistency every time.”

Other UK chefs contributing recipes to the book include Madalene Bonvini-Hamel of The British Larder, James Petrie of Fat Duck fame and chocolatier William Curley of Thermomix, William explains, “I use it whenever I can because it’s easy to use and suitable for a wide range of creations, such as crémeux, ganache and purées.”

High profile European chefs such as Spain’s Elena Arzak, Denmark’s Claus Henriksen and Italy’s Massimo Bottura are also featured with more stunning recipes.
