EDUCATION AND THE CHEFS' FORUM ACADEMY
The Chefs’ Forum has spent the last eight years building strong relationships with catering colleges all over the country. Teaching staff and students are at the crux of everything we do – To inspire the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals. Our events and Chefs’ Forum Academy scheme of learning taught in colleges up and down the country enrich the curriculum and promote employer engagement.
We organise and coordinate:
- Hospitality Industry Taster Days to drive Hospitality course registration among feeder school pupils
- Trips and visits to food producers and fresh produce markets to apply functional skills to learning
- Work experience for staff CPD as well as students in the best kitchens and operations in the UK
- Link Heads of School at various colleges and arrange reciprocal visits amongst our college network
