Langley College

Langley College’s state-of-the-art hospitality and catering academy features professional training kitchens with the very latest industry-standard equipment, so you’ll be learning on the same type of facilities used in the workplace. We even have a working restaurant and conference suite, enabling you to gain valuable experience in a real work environment with real customers. Here, you’ll learn how to work under pressure as part of a team to run a busy commercial business, while developing your skills in the kitchen and front of house.

You’ll be guided through your course by highly experienced tutors; dedicated, skilled professionals who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills. Through their industry links, you will also benefit from inspiring talks, workshops and masterclasses from guest speakers. Our patrons include Tom Westerland (Head Chef at Crockers Henley), Joe Bartlett (Head Chef at Cliveden House), Arbinder Singh Dugal (Masterchef: The Professionals semi-finalist and Roux Scholarship semi-finalist) and Dominic Chapman (Chef Patron at The Beehive at White Waltham).
