I started cooking at the age of 17, having worked in all the areas of the kitchen – but in the end I fell in love with pastry.
Everyday is a teaching day and it’s the best part of the job. My background is in 5 star hotels and Michelin restaurants. I have also been in the BBC’s ‘Crème de La Crème’ season 1, where I reached the semi-final. As well as this, I was on the ‘Bake off: The Professionals 2019’ and managed to get to the final.
My ethos is flavour, flavour and more flavour using the best ingredients available and as locally as possible.
My aim is to pass on my experience accumulated over the years.
Now I am the Head Pastry chef at the South Place Hotel.
