As a chef de Partie you will be required to learn and develop yourself over all sections, working closely with the sous chefs and Chef Patron, you will develop your own skills and work ethic on a daily basis. We are looking for a hard working individual willing to work in a kitchen with high standards in food hygiene, attention to detail and food presentation. A positive attitude to learning, being open minded and following direction is also essential

You will be required to:
