We are a beach front inn, boasting 4 AA stars, 1 AA rosette serving high quality food, specialising in seafood. Our Crab, Lobster and hand dived Scallops are caught straight from the bay 30 yards in front of the inn. We are looking for new chefs to complete a new fresh, dynamic team; they must be enthusiastic, passionate and willing to get their ‘hands dirty’. The position will be 5 days a week, the salary will be negotiable, depending on experience and live in is possible.

Sous Chef role – what is expected:

  • Ordering stock
  • Stock rotation
  • Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Working alongside the Head Chef with rota’s, menu planning, dish costings etc
  • Managing the team in the Head Chef’s absence
