Holm, one of the most exciting new restaurants to open in the South West of England in 2021 is recruiting across all Front of House positions.

About us

Holm is the new rural outpost from the team behind successful London restaurants, Salon, Levan and Larry’s. As we gear up for opening in Autumn 2021, we are recruiting across all front of house positions including Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisors, Front of House staff and Bar staff.

Scheduled to open in Autumn 2021, Holm couldn’t be timelier. As many in the hospitality industry start to look beyond the big cities, this project presents a unique opportunity to work for a progressive, forward-thinking organisation, based in the south west of England.

Set in the idyllic village of South Petherton, Somerset, Holm feels both rural but incredibly well connected by both train (from Crewkerne, Yeovil Junction and Castle Cary – London can be reached in 2.5 hours) or by road on the A303.

We’ll serve contemporary, ingredient-led food and low intervention wine in a stunning 35 cover contemporary dining room. Outside we’ll have a large dining terrace, outdoor bar and grill and sizeable kitchen garden. The sleek, modernist kitchen will feature a bespoke induction cooking suite charcoal Fogarty grill. Meanwhile, the dining room will be centred around an impressive wine vault, with contemporary art by local, national and international artists, handmade artisan crockery and bespoke cutlery by acclaimed blacksmith Alex Pole.

Holm is inspired by nature and our surroundings in the beautiful south west of England. We are driven by provenance, sustainability and warm hospitality. Our aim is to serve delicious food and drink in a casual yet refined environment.
