Our restaurant has one of the best views in Salcombe over looking the sea and our menu has been designed by seafood expert Mitch Tonks, making our restaurant a memorable experience.


As Chef de Partie you will work a 48 week over 5 days out of 7. You will run a section and be able to move from section to section when required. There will be meals on duty and uniform is provided. You will be responsible for high levels of hygiene, and have can do attitude. South Sands has a relaxed kitchen yet professional team of 7 chefs plus KP’s.The salary will depend on experience, from £16,500 – £20,000 per year.
