We are looking to find a hardworking, friendly Chef de Partie with an attention to detail to take our business forwards. An interest and background in pastry and desserts is helpful but not necessary.

Join a fresh and exciting team to continue building our core team of full time chefs who have a passion for what they do. This is a full time position working weekends.

Serving a seasonally changing, extensive menu from a modern and spacious kitchen, pub classics to a 5 course tasting menu. Using locally sourced produce where we can and maintaining relationships with suppliers we have worked with for decades.

We are striving to work towards a 4 day working week as understand the importance of a work / life balance.

Accommodation available, previous experience necessary.

Own transport is a must if not using staff accommodation.
