A great opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef who has worked at a Senior level, as Head Pastry Chef or minimum Pastry Sous Chef in a small team.
The Pastry Chef will have control over the menu, incorporating classic French techniques and modern twists to create a restaurant dessert menu with finesse. You must be able to work closely with the restaurant Head Chef creating the menu, as the Chef also has a wealth of Pastry knowledge.
The Pastry Chef will run a team of 5, in a full brigade of over 20 chefs – a real part of a team who support and work together in a high-pressure kitchen.
Management and training of junior staff is key to this role, but mostly the ability to work with an innovative French menu in a very busy environment.
