School of Wok Professional serves as a professional and accredited institute, providing courses in Oriental and Asian cookery. School of Wok Professional also runs its own private consultancy department, as well as personalised chef training, and bespoke one-to-one learning in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Courses at the Institute focus on professional kitchen essentials required of all good professional chefs, from basic techniques to key organisation and preparation within commercial environment.

Every course has a price of £750 inc. VAT.

Multi-booking Discounts

If you book more two modules you are entitled to a 10% discount.

If you book the three modules each module will cost you £550 instead of £750

All required equipment and clothing will be supplied for the duration of the course. Specialist knives, equipment and clothing are available for students to buy should they choose to before, during or following the completion of the course.
