TRIO OF AWARD-WINNING CHEFS UNITE TO RAISE FUNDS THIS CHRISTMAS for Hospitality Action

Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard last night hosted a special fundraising dinner within Brasserie Joël at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. The event raised a fantastic £20,000 for industry charity, Hospitality Action.

Master patissier Eric Lanlard said: “I was absolutely thrilled to be asked to take part in this festive celebration on behalf of Hospitality Action. Simon, Nathan and I all know first-hand how demanding Christmas can be and I am really pleased that we have been able to give something back to a cause that is so close to all of our hearts.”

Hospitality Action is grateful to all event sponsors including Freedown Food, Sapori D’Italia and Design Restaurants and prize donors including Condé Nast Johansens and Galvin Bistrot de Luxe who helped make the evening possible. Guests in attendance included top charity supporters Cyrus Todiwala, Paul Heathcote and Anton Eldeman.

With a multitude of lots on offer including a three course lunch for two people at London’s The River Café, and an array of Ed’s Easy Diner gifts and memorabilia, supporters are sure to find a unique Christmas gift for friends and family.
