Sous-vide & Centrifuge demo day with Clifton Food Range – places are limited, book now!


We are holding an exciting day on 24th June 2013 at our premises in Weston-super-Mare. 

The event is a chance for chefs to get together in the Clifton Food Range development kitchen and spend time cooking sous vide experimenting with new recipe ideas and techniques using the Clifton baths. It’s not a formal day, just a chance to bounce ideas around and taste the textures and flavours that can be achieved 

with sous vide cooking. As well as playing the with water baths, we will show you our new and exciting piece of kit, the Clifton Centrifuge! You can have a play with this new toy by spinning down different food items to create unusual and mind blowing results.
We will show you around our factory premises to see how the Clifton Food Range products are manufactured.

You will find us at Nickel-Electro, Oldmixon Crescent, Weston, BS24 9BL. We are quite easy to find off the M5, Junction 21. For directions please visit our website

This day has a 10.30am arrival for an 11am start. Finish time, approx 3pm. Sandwiches will be provided at lunch time, but there will be plenty of tasters throughout the day!

The demo day is open to all Chef Forum members but spaces are limited, so to avoid disappointment please book early.
