Recruiting Now: Ten out of Ten – Calling all Aspiring Chefs and Hospitality Managers!

‘Ten out of Ten’,  is a unique hospitality management and chef training programme for aspiring Chefs (recruiting now!) and Hotel Managers (recruiting 2017).

This is an exceptional opportunity to enter the industry at the highest level, learning your skills from some of the most well respected professionals in some exceptional properties. This is the chance of a lifetime and will set you on a strong career path.

If you are aged over 19, have completed a qualification in Hospitality Management or Professional Chef Diploma Level 2 and have approximately one years’ experience in hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Ten successful candidates will complete a 25-month training programme covering all the core skills working in some of the best properties in the UK.

“While I was reading for a degree in Geography at Royal Holloway University of London I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work in Zambia for six weeks running a small hotel and lodge just south of the capital. It was during this time I knew hospitality was for me. Starting as a Kitchen Porter as a “foot in the door” at Gidleigh park in Devon I quickly got moved to front of house. It was here that I encountered Sue Williams, one of the founders of the course and was fortunate enough to be offered a place. The opportunity that Ten out of Ten provides is unlike anything else. The diversity and variety of properties on the course proves to everyone who takes part, that no two properties are ever the same. They offer unique challenges, complexities and a even wider variety of individuals who work in this exciting industry.
