Bristol Audi Celebrates its fourth year Sponsoring The Chefs’ Forum
The Chefs’ Forum and Bristol Audi are celebrating after renewing their partnership for another year.
Bristol Audi was one of the first sponsors to come on board when the Chefs’ Forum launched at Berwick Lodge in January 2011.
While to some the link between fine dining and luxury motors may not be clear, founder of The Chefs’ Forum, Catherine Farinha, and Head of Business at Bristol Audi Steve Smith, believe that they make ideal partners.
Over the years, Bristol Audi has incorporated Chefs’ Forum member chefs into lavish events to treat its customers to an all-star experience at its flagship Cribbs Causeway dealership.
The Chefs’ Forum has wowed the Audi customers and treated them to dining experiences that are talked about long after the event.
The Chefs’ Forum demo stage celebrated the launch of the A3 with ‘A3 Course menu’ which saw Martin Blunos, Toby Gritten and Chris Wicks perform cookery demos at the dealership and create fantastic canapés for the Bristol Audi guests.
Catering students from City of Bristol College worked both in the kitchen and front of house which gave them high-end event experience – This looks great on their cv’s and makes them more industry-ready.
Earlier this year, Roux Scholar Paul O’Neill, now head chef at Berwick Lodge, marked the launch of the new Audi TT with a day of fabulous canapés served to Bristol Audi customers as they came for their test drive.
Steve said: “At Bristol Audi we pride ourselves on delivering excellence, both in terms of the product we provide and the service that we offer our customers. We enjoy working with The Chefs’ Forum because the chefs and suppliers all reflect this ethos too. We are all striving to deliver the best possible experience to our customers and that is why our partnership works so well.”
And Catherine echoed this sentiment. She said: “The Chefs’ Forum is proud to work with some of the best chefs in the country. Restaurants that have achieved Michelin-starred status have proved that they are at the top of their game and pride themselves on ensuring that every diner has a special and memorable visit.
“Our partnership with Audi works so well because they share the same values as our chefs and suppliers and I am delighted that our relationship is set to continue.”
