South Thames College Success at the Wessex Salon Culinaire

South Thames College had a very successful day at the Wessex Salon Culinaire (National Student Competitions) last week,  hosted at Brockenhurst College, Hants.

Their Academy Culinary Team represented the College extremely well  not only in their success but in their dress code; professionalism around the competition campus and support for each other.

They came away with:

• 1 x Gold Medal (Best in Class)
• 3 x Silver Medals (1 x Best in Class)
• 7 x Bronze Medals
• 3 x Certificate of Merit
