The Bart Ingredients Company® adds spice to professional kitchens!

For the past 50 years the Bristol-based company has been sourcing top quality ingredients from across the globe to create a whole range of products from herbs and spices to exotic Thai curry pastes, Thai fish sauce and coconut milk which are loved by both professionals and home cooks alike.

Now The Bart Ingredients Company® is introducing Repertoire, a new range of products designed specifically for professional chefs.

To celebrate the launch of the exciting new range, Roux Scholarship Winner and Head Chef at Hattusa Restaurant, Paul O’Neill took time out of his busy kitchen at Berwick Lodge (Bristol) to spend a day in the development kitchen at Bart Ingredients headquarters!

Paul launched his new restaurant at Berwick Lodge two weeks ago and has incorporated the Repertoire range to craft his delicious menu at Hattusa, which is going down a storm with guests.

Paul Repertoire for siteDelicious dishes cooked by Paul in the Bart Ingredients development kitchen included a starter of pulled pork on spiced flatbreads using Repertoire BBQ Blend, Repertoire Smoked Paprika and Repertoire Cajun Blend. Tandoori spiced monkfish using Repertoire Tandoori Masala Spice Blend and Repertoire Aromatic Thai Spice Blend, for the main course.

Dessert was a fabulous Israeli couscous, roasted pineapple and maple and cinnamon popcorn topped with orange sorbet, using Repertoire Ground Cinnamon and Repertoire Cardamom Pods.

Chef Paul O’Neill was really impressed by the quality and diversity of the Repertoire ingredients range and said:
