Over 10 years in the industry, 3 of those in manufacturing across bakery, chilled to go, and ambient sauces. I’ve scaled numerous products from concept to factory and turned many SKUs clean label.

Right now, I’m building a new clean label core range (up to 21 products). I’m a flavour obsessive who tracks food service and manufacturing trends.
