Olivers of Falmouth and their new Adande!

When our chefs are happy with a product, moreover when it is from one of our suppliers,we are duty-bound to tell you about it:

Ken Symons, Chef Patron, Olivers of Falmouth met Karl Hodgeson, UK Sales Director at our recent Cornwall SKYBOW event (Karl won the Skybow competiton)!

The main aim of The Chefs’ Forum is to fill our events with the best chefs and suppliers in any given area.

We were delighted to learn that as a direct result of that event, Ken purchased an Adande as he was so impressed with the model on display at our mini trade fair at The Cornwall Hotel.

This is great news as it means that we are working with market leading equipment brands that not only deliver on customer service but quality and price too!

 

Kenny has commented on his shiny new Adande and its service-changing attributes:

“It has made service much quicker as I use it purely for pastry.  I am so impressed with the way it extends the life of fresh produce like herbs, berries and fruit – They are preserved for up to 72 hours more”!

Longer fridge life reduces waste and makes for greater profit – What’s not to like about facts like these?
