Thomas Hine is the Head Chef at the newly acquired hotel in the Snowdonia National Park, Penmaenuchaf.

He previously worked with Seren for several years, leading Coast restaurant in Saundersfoot. Before his time with us he worked in some of the best kitchens in the country, and for most of his career, with his mentor Michael Caines, rising to Sous Chef at the 2 Michelin-starred Gidleigh Park and then as Executive Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Lympstone Manor in Devon.

Apart from being an outstanding Chef, Thomas is a keen triathlete and regularly competes in events across the country – his runs for charity are legendary.
