I am a Food Writer and Home Cook, holding the title of South West Home Cook of the Year 2016 & 2017. I write for Taste Buds Magazine, as well as a blog called Dining Devon, where I visit cafes & restaurants, posting the review up on the blog as well as creating recipes. Not only do I cook inside, I cook outside on my many BBQs and write recipes for the UK BBQ Magazine.
I work at Bigfire in Dartington, near Totnes, where I sell a range of BBQs, fire pits and wood fired ovens along with lovely products for the outside, including beautiful wooden summerhouses.
My involvement with The Chefs’ Forum is helping out with demos at events, cooking on the Kamado Joe ceramic grill.
