I have 18 years of experience as a chef, who has been excited by food and cooking as long as I can remember. The only career ambition that I have had is to be ‘as good as I can be within the food industry’. My goal is to learn from experts, and develop and combine these philosophies with my visions for sourcing, preparing and serving food that delights customers and satisfies my goals.
I was a Chef de Partie at Lakeside, Newby Bridge by 18 and a Head Chef of The Lamb Inn, Burford by 23; maintaining and improving two rosettes.
