I was born in London raised in Bath cooking in kitchens in and around the area since 15 years old, I’ve worked in hotels gastro pubs restaurants throughout my career.

I was previously head chef of Chez Dominique having been there for nearly 8 years winning various awards and amazing reviews. I joined  Corkage in Bath in June 2026, a great nose-to-tail small plate style dinning restaurant with one of the best wine lists in the country.
