Born in India (Mumbai) I have a passion for culinary arts, especially for international cuisine which allowed me to travel around the world and to the UK.
As a established Senior Sous Chef with Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen, I have a extensive expertise in all areas of kitchen management. I hold a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology and an HND. I have been trained in the HACCP and food safety management systems.
