With over a decade of experience, Matt is held in high regard with some of Dorset’s finest purveyors of meat, fish and poultry.
Combined with his highly skilled team, the restaurant delivers an entirely independent approach to British dining, only made better by the addition of the trademark Tandoor clay oven.
Matt Budden brings brings a wealth of experience, he started his training in several Michelin starred country house hotels and used this grounding to travel extensively and further his culinary knowledge he has experience around the world working in first class kitchens in Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam. He has headed up many prestigious kitchen brigades achieving 2AA rosettes.
