I am a chef lecturer at East Kent College.
Having studied at the same college (then Thanet College) and then working in the trade I felt it was the right step to come back home and give back to the industry I love.
I started off working in a local French / British restaurant and then moved to London to work in the west end. After a couple of years I returned back to the coast and ran a couple of small family run restaurants. For me food is a way of life, a true passion with no limits.
I try and learn a new technique or skill whenever I can, and believe that this drive and desire to learn will help the future generation of chefs studying at East Kent College.
