There’s nothing like a cold beer after a long shift in the kitchen – but there’s nothing worse than working on a hangover the next day.
Lucky Saint is a Pilsner-style, superior unfiltered 0.5% lager. Founder Luke travelled 7,652 miles, spent 741 days in research and development and brewed 56,628 litres of beer to get to the final recipe and process.
Lucky Saint doesn’t taste like an alcohol-free lager because it isn’t brewed like one. From step mash to vacuum distillation, we honed our process in pursuit of one thing: flavour.
We use four simple ingredients; Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Hops, Bavarian spring water and our own single-use yeast, resulting in flavours of biscuity malt with a smooth citrus hop finish. Our lager is left unfiltered for maximum flavour, without the alcohol.
We are dedicated to rewarding those who aren’t drinking with the beer they deserve, and we’d love you to try our lager. We’re offering The Chefs’ Forum members 20% off their first order with the code CHEFSFORUM20.
