Head Job Role
Head Chef, responsible for day to day kitchen operations. Overseeing a team of 8 chefs. A varied role, encompassing events and cookery school, showcasing the farms organic produce. The role will involve delivering a range of cookery classes from artisan bakery to charcuterie. In addition the venue hold events, weddings and corporate functions. Situated on a working farm and extensive kitchen gardens.

Candidates will have head chef experience, with a stable background, within fresh food seasonal kitchens along with confident communication and excellent leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is £35,000 p.a. Neg.
