Who are we looking for?
THE PIG is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join the team at one of the most exciting and rapidly growing hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
The Kitchen Porter should have experience in a similar environment but this is not essential as we can provide all the necessary training.
You will be assisting the restaurant and kitchen with washing of plates, cutlery, etc. and cleaning of kitchen and appliances.
All we are looking for is a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic – taking pride in a job well done.

The first of THE PIG litter to open in 2011 , it is bang up to date taking on a new style of home grown, 26 bedroom country house hotel and what that needs to be today – original, relaxed and sitting comfortably within its environment.
It is more than a boutique hotel, THE PIG is an award-winning restaurant with rooms, with an obsessive commitment to home grown and local produce. Uncomplicated and simple British garden food, true to the micro seasons and influenced by the forest and coast, with the emphasis squarely on fresh, clean flavours. We have a further commitment to our 25 mile menu – whereby some 85% of fresh ingredients are sourced in the local area.

Where are we?
THE PIG is set in the heart of the New Forest National Park and 1 mile from the village of Brockenhurst. A 90-minute drive from London and just a short train ride to Southampton, the city is never that far away.
