The Glantaff Inn is a popular pub overlooking the river, frequented by locals as well as walkers and cyclists from the nearby Taff Trail. Situated just 2 minutes from A470 between Pontypridd & Merthyr Tydfil in the little village of Quakers Yard.

The Glantaff Inn is currently looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our existing Head Chef in a very busy and successful  pub and restaurant. This is a full time position and an excellent opportunity to build on existing skills and experience in a successful and reputable food service.

  •  Full Time Position at least 40 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 working week
  • Not committed to working 3 day weekend which is a rarity in the catering industry
  • Not rota to work Sunday other than annual leave cover
