Bistro Union is owned and operated by the team behind the Michelin Stared restaurant, Trinity. We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our British Bistro, cooking fresh seasonal British cuisine to local clientele.


You will be a well organised Individual who is a natural leader and can implement structure, control GP, monitor health and safety and deliver a high standard of classic British cookery.

You will probably have worked in a 2-3 rosette standard restaurant or gastro pub and be looking for a challenge and a chance to grow within a longstanding successful business. You will be working with a brigade of motivated chefs and report in to Adam Byatt directly.
