The Elderflower is an award winning restaurant that loves cooking for people who love food.  Situated on a cobbled Quay Street in the heart of Lymington.  This beautiful Georgian town is sited between the New Forest district of Hampshire and the West Solent.

We are also currently looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, the position will be available from August onwards, you will be in charge on the ongoing kitchen. Annual salary £24,000- £27,000 depending on experience.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. You must have good communication skills, a strong background in the industry, be flexible, hardworking and extremely passionate about food and high quality ingredients – a good sense of humour is a must as well as a strong experience in a similar role is essential.
