Tabanco is the latest addition to our multi-award winning independent restaurant group.

Our ethos is quite simple…to source the finest market-fresh ingredients, seafood and meats to produce an ever-changing seasonal modern menu that represents the best of Spanish cooking.

We are now looking for a skilled Head Chef to elevate the quality of the menu and grow his or her own skilled team and be a part of building the business for the long term.

• minimum of 5yrs experience as a Head Chef at high level.
• willing to settle in the historic city of Cambridge
• have the desire to develop a small team to deliver consistent excellence on the plate.
• be hands-on in every aspect, understand commitment needed to achieve goals and someone who leads by example.
• have a thorough understanding of kitchen management, chef training, financial performance, writing and costings menus plus health & safety legislation.
• play their part in getting Tabanco recognised as the best neighbourhood restaurant in Cambridge.
