Preparing daily meals; Managing the kitchen and kitchen support staff; Preparing shopping lists of necessary ingredients and utensils; Planning menus; Checking deliveries and controlling stock; Monitoring the hygiene standard of the kitchen and pantry, especially during the preparation of meals, both for official events and daily meals; Supervising and cleaning the kitchen; Carrying out breakfast service (preparing the meal, setting up the table and serving); Answering phone calls and the door; Performing general domestic duties; Any other assignments as needed and required by The Residence. 

Full time – the contract is valid for one year, renewable for another equal period if both parties agree, single paid probationary period of six months, which may be extended for a further three months if more time is needed; working hours – 40 hours per week, may include shifts and the applicant must be willing to meet special demands whenever required.
