A focal point for locals and tourists in an area of outstanding natural beauty we are looking for a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie progressing to the next level.

Using locally sourced produce from independent suppliers, we pride ourselves on our reputation for outstanding food, seasonal and innovative menus alongside CAMRA accredited real ales, and beverages.

Your creations together with commitment, customer focus and a collaborative manner means you will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and enjoy a high level of job satisfaction in a face paced, (up to 180 covers), friendly, supportive, environment. Our head chef Ollie, has a wealth of experience working in various restaurants up to and including Rosette and Michelin star status. The role will include assisting with the ordering and supporting him and his team in ensuring we maintain our reputation for excellence.

The hours of work are 40-48 hours per week spread over 5 days in split shifts
