Sous Chef Job Role

The Sous Chef with deputise and and work closely with the Head Chef in the day to day running of this kitchen.

This stunning hotel has an award wining restaurant and a busy bar and outside area.

Ideal candidates will be happy to cook a quality bar menus as well as the rosette standard restaurant. Candidates will have junior sous or sous chef hotel experience at at least 1 Rosette standard, along with good communication and leadership skills

Salary and Benefits:

-Starting Salary on offer is up to £26,000 p.a. Plus Tips
-Live-In available (Self-Contained Flat)
-28 Days Holiday
