Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef with deputise and and work closley with the Head Chef in the day to day running of this kitchen. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in developing the restaurant menus, currently 2 AA Rosette and continue to develop the success of this stunning small hotel.
In addition to the restaurant the hotel has a successful events business that offers high quality menus. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage the team efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have junior sous or sous chef hotel experience at at least 1 to 2 AA Rosette standard, along with excellent communication and leadership skills

Starting Salary on offer is up to £26,000 p.a Plus Tips
