Looking for talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to continue to innovate and develop the menu.

Sous Chef Job Role

The Sous Chef with deputise and work closely with the Head Chef in the day to day running of this kitchen.

This stunning hotel has an award winning 30 cover restaurant and small event space.

Candidates will have junior sous or sous chef hotel experience at, at least AA Rosette standard, along with good communication and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits
