Thyme at Southrop Manor, based in the Cotswolds, are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for their new pub restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate, hard-working and have a love of food. As well a working in the pub restaurant the candidate will also be involved in Thyme’s Cookery School. The food and menus produced at Thyme are produce driven, seasonal and non-fussy.

Salary dependent on experience.
