The Head Chef is looking for a strong Sous Chef to assist with all aspects of running a top quality operation. You will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior chefs.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to cooking with the finest, fresh produce, feel passionately about their career as a chef and be looking to work within a professional kitchen, Michelin star and rosette experience is essential.
