Cous Cous Darna is will take you from the hustle and bustle of London straight into the warmth of Morocco. The ambiance and food is truly authentic, from traditional cooking methods using tagines to a twist of modern European influences.

The menu has been designed by top chef consultants who have blended modern European cuisine with Eastern traditions.

Cous Cous Darna is requiring a Sous Chef to help lead a small passionate brigade – a great salary package if offered. You will ideally have experience working with French/European cuisine, in either a high end branded or independent restaurant.

 As Sous Chef you will:

  • Either be a Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie wanting the next step in your career
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have a full understanding of COSHH and hygiene
  • Diligence at all times and accountability
  • Train other members of a small team
