We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Sous Chef to join the team at the award-winning Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in 3AA rosette kitchens and have level 2 food hygiene.

You must work well under pressure with a positive can-do attitude. As Sous Chef you will support both the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef on the day to day running of the kitchen and in time will be expected to run the kitchen in the absence of them.
