The Role

We are very excited to be recruiting a Sous Chef. To be considered, you’ll have a few years’ experience working as a Sous or Head Chef, cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out. You’ll be working with the freshest of fish delivered direct from Brixham every day, you will be a natural leader, supporting and working with your team to ensure great service standards are meet at all times.

Please note the salary is inclusive of a fair share of all gratuities, plus any hours worked over your contracted ones you will be paid for.
