You will already be working as a Head Chef, have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a restaurant operation and be passionate about fresh, local and seasonal produce. Reporting to the General Manager, the role involves full operational responsibilities for the kitchen. You must have a background in a high volume kitchen environment working with fresh ingredients.
You will have stocktaking experience, theability to cost menus with a sound understanding of margin controland managed rotas to budgets. Above all, you will have the drive and energy to lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food in a very busy environment. This is a “hands on” role running service in a fast paced restaurant so good organisational skills are essential.
