Pastry Junior Sous Chef – Amazing Restaurant in a Luxury Hotel – London – £35k
This Stunning hotel is seeking a strong pastry junior sous chef to join the team, run the sections with the head pastry chef and trained the juniors to high level! The hotel boost an amazing restaurant producing amazing dishes! The pastry chef will be based in the restaurant focusing on the creativity of new plated desserts and help in afternoon teas.
The kitchen is well equipped, organised and a real pleasure to work in.
The role is versatile and great to develop strong skills, working with a well known and talented pastry chef. If you are creative, passionate love experiencing new recipes, this role is for you!
I’m looking for candidates with at least 2 years experiences in a similar role in a hotel or Private member club or rosette restaurants. I’m looking for passion, quality and determination to grow as a strong Pastry Sous chef.
Good English command is essential, leadership and management capabilities in addition to the finesse in skills required for Michelin standards. The role offers up to £35,000 all inclusive. The company also offer great benefits.
