Approached via a tree lined avenue the magnificent Victorian gothic Manor House sits amidst 60 acres of beautiful formal gardens, grazing land, and age old woodland.

Old Down Manor is currently looking for an experienced pastry chef.
- You must have at least 3 years experience in plated desserts for restaurant and functions.
- Competent in cake production including some wedding cake decorating.
- Bread Production of Sour dough, Baguette and sweet dough.
- 5 days a week, occasional evenings.
