The West House, opened by Graham and Jackie Garrett in 2002, is a small family run restaurant, with a reputation for fantastic food, earned through Graham’s focus on excellent delivery of the finest ingredients.
The restaurant gained a Michelin star after its first year, and has held it ever since. With Graham at the stoves, he and his small team have created that rare thing, a perfect local restaurant, many people’s favourite secret food destination, and the subject of many a pilgrimage.
Graham is now looking for a chef to join his small team, Michelin experience preferred but not essential.
A good attitude and genuine love of food is more important. Good hours and fun working environment, salary based on experience. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside Graham and his Head Chef Tony Parkin and to be part of a small, yet very ambitious team.
