The Olive Tree Restaurant at The Queensberry Hotel is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to take the next step in their career.

The Olive Tree is one of Bath’s longest established independent restaurants and has held 3 AA Rosettes for 3 years as well as many other awards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced brigade with career progression opportunities in the future.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a high end operation with a keen eye for attention to detail. Working with Head Chef Chris Cleghorn who is looking to achieve some very high accolades at The Olive Tree.

This role will include working most weekends, public holidays and most evenings. The rota system will mean that you will work five days out of seven each week including split shifts covering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
