As Junior Sous Chef you will report to the Head Chef/Sous Chef as well as running the kitchen/bistro and key sections in the absence of these 2 individuals. You will lead a team or the main team and be accountable for aspects of the operation which may include support and administration at times for the Head Chef.

Ideally the applicant will possess the following skills, experience or attributes:-

• Be motivated and passionate about preparing food and delivering fantastic cuisine.
• Relish working in busy / fast paced environments and achieving deadlines.
• Be adaptable and innovative.
• Have the ability to work logically and methodically without the need for close
supervision.
• Be flexible to work different shifts and long hours.
• Experience as Junior Sous Chef or Sous / Head Chef in a smaller operation.
