The award winning restaurant ‘The Ethicurean’ is now taking applications for a Junior Sous Chef. 50 hours per week. Applicants must be passionate about working with the seasons and able to rise to the challenge that comes from working in a kitchen garden.

You will be expected to regularly contribute ideas to dishes on the menu and be open to working in creative ways with ingredients. You must also be able to work in a clean and efficient way, as part of a passionate team.

inline_817_ applicants will be invited to an interview followed by a trial shift with the kitchen team.

Applicants must be able to travel independently to the restaurant. Tips are offered in addition to salary.
